We have our preferred bankers who have approved our project and they'll be pleased to offer you a Home Loan. You can choose any other bank too and we will help you with documentation for the same. However you need to be of a minimum age of 21 years, employed or self-employed and with a regular income. A maximum of 75~85% of the total consideration value plus registration costs can be availed as loan depending on your repayment capacity as determined by the bank, taking into account your age, income, qualification, number of dependants, assets, liabilities, stability / continuity of your employment / business. You can also include your spouse as a co-applicant for the Home Loan and his / her income can enhance your loan eligibility. The loan tenure can be a maximum of 20 years depending upon the bank you have chosen.
